People come to our churches because of invitations by friends and because of events. They stay at our church because of relationships. 

The idea of developing healthy relationships runs hand-in-hand with the things taught in the Bible. Good advice, hearty counsel, and solid friendships are all part of a flourishing believers spiritual input. They are also an part of their "output".  People need to be needed. People need each other.
